Our new safety measures for your health and protection.

To you, our SOL Yoga Community:

As our founder often says: ‘I’m only as strong as my team’, and to this we say: ‘together with you, our community, we are even stronger.’ And we support one another no matter what. This means going the extra mile for your safety as we prepare to re-open our studio once our government allows.

Your patience and support during this time will be so valuable too. Not just for your own safety, but for others too. It’s going to take some time to get familiar with these new changes, however if there's one thing we've learned, it's that we're stronger together.

On behalf of your SOL Yoga team, we look forward to welcoming each of you back to our studios as you feel comfortable!

In the meantime, we encourage you to read more about our new safety measures below.

As you know, cleanliness has always been an integral component to SOL Yoga, and we’re elevating our standards even more. These new measures will be implemented immediately with more to come.

Bottom line, we want you to FEEL GOOD on your mat – whether at home or back in your ‘studio home’. Here are the safety measures you can expect:

Elevated studio cleaning

Both of our studios have undergone thorough disinfections by our cleaning staff, using EPA regulated cleaning formulas, and will continue to be cleaned daily.

Our studio rooms will be disinfected following each class by staff using our Benefect (EPA approved) disinfectant in our fogger machines.

Staff will continue to spray with Benefect on all commonly used areas such as counter tops, door knobs, sinks, lockers, computers, phones and ipads.

All staff will wear face masks and gloves, including when greeting clients, doing laundry, cleaning studio rooms and common areas.

Hand sanitizers, hand soap, spray bottles and wipes will be available throughout our studios for you to use, as well as face masks and gloves. Speak to a staff member for help.

Before you practice

To ensure social distancing, our class capacity sizes will reduced by more than half to allow extra space in our studios and keep congregated numbers to a minimum at all times.

With class sizes reduced, we ask that you sign-up online before class to secure a spot and cancel in-advance if needed.

Mats, mat towels and props such as blocks and weights will no longer be available for rent. Please bring your own mat and leave other props at home.

Floor markings showing 6ft separation between mats will be visible for social distancing.

When you check in

Staff will keep a safe distance from your point of entry, with no need for you to touch any device. Simply give them your name and they will check you in (remember you must sign-up online before class to guarantee a spot).

Our staff will work quickly to move clients in and out of studio rooms while practicing social distancing. This will also give them time to disinfectant the studios, so please do your part to leave as quickly as possible.

Lockers will be wiped clean by staff following each use. Please avoid using any lockers that are marked ‘not available’ otherwise.

Our water fountains will remain available; however we strongly encourage you to bring your own water bottle.

After your practice

As noted above, please leave the studio room as quickly as possible to allow time and room for staff to begin cleaning.

No showers will be available until further notice.

Our boutiques will remain open however we ask that you do not touch any items unless you are purchasing.

Clothing and apparel will not be available to try on.

Keeping Each Other Safe

Because we’re all in this together, let’s continue the “SOL” way and look out for another, be kind and patient.

We’re committed to following our government’s safety guidelines and will continue to raise the bar for your safety, while keeping you flowing with body, mind and spirit.

Some reminders for you to take note and practice:

Please make sure to practice social distancing especially when checking-in, in the restrooms, locker areas and in the studio room. Please follow the markers placed around the studio to maintain a safe distance.

If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please take extra pre-cautions. See your doctor and do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and/or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.

If you feel unwell or have any concerns about coming to our studios, we’ve got you! Please stay home and take advantage of our class videos posted on our site for you to enjoy.

If you have any questions or concerns, let us know! Please speak to one of our staff members or send us a note at: hello@solyogaflorida.com.
