Danielle was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. From the time she was a very small child, she was always artistic and became very involved in dance.

An avid runner in her early adult years, she tired yoga for the first time to stretch her body and immediately was hooked!

The movements were reminiscent of her dancing background, however on a much deeper level.

Having grown up in a household with plenty of adversity and the disease of addiction, she sought a totally different approach. She found her “home” in yoga and followed-up with a 200-hour Sivananda yoga training and 500-hour Hatha yoga training. From there, she started teaching right away and has taught all over the South Florida area for over twenty years.

In Danielle’s words:

“Yoga means so much to me on so many different levels. I have taught yoga for all types of people, shapes and sizes. From pre-schoolers to the elderly, to professional athletes. I have also created a yoga program for women with post traumatic stress disorder in a psychiatric hospital.

I see yoga transform and change lives everyday. It heals to the soul.

As a yoga teacher, I consider myself to be real and genuine. I believe my classes reflect this too. People feel when you do things from your heart. And my heart is my guide, my gift to share with others, and be the best role model to my students and my two fantastic children.

Needless to say, I am honored to do what I do and so excited to be leading the SOL Yoga Fort Lauderdale team!”

Kim Dornings

While Florida is now ‘home’, Kim Dorning is originally from South Africa. She has been practicing yoga for over 9 years, starting her journey with Bikram yoga and then Hot Vinyasa yoga.

A natural teacher and purveyor of inspirational vibes, Lauren Cobb prides herself on providing her students with a physically demanding vinyasa flow paired with uplifting messages that leave students feeling both physically and emotionally empowered.

Lauren has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for ten years and she prides herself on fearlessly pursuing what sets her soul on fire, taking the leap and trusting the outcome. For Lauren, this has included completing her yoga teaching certification in Summer 2008, and she hasn’t looked back. Bringing tremendous attention to detail, including her inspiring playlists and sequences, Lauren guides her students towards physical and mental transformation, celebrating the personal power in each of us. Nikki

Nikkii Bentz

Known as “nikkiibear”, she may be petite in size, but don’t be fooled otherwise! This girl’s been practicing yoga for most of her life, earning her teaching certificate with years of experience throughout South Florida.

Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned pro, her classes will have you moving through diaphragmatic breath work, with a mixture of vinyasa flow and restorative. Put them together and expect to leave feeling lighter and stronger, with reduced stress and tension – both physically and mentally. When she’s not teaching yoga or hammering away closing real estate deals, you can find Nikki somewhere on the beach doing a variety of water sports while filling-up her Instagram feed with inspiring photos, often appearing in campaigns for leading lifestyle brands. Meredith is a happily married mother of two little boys (ages 4 & 6), a Conference Presenter, Master Trainer for Beachbody Live and owner of Meredith Campbell Fitness.

She has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, and featured in numerous fitness videos including Celebrity Super Trainer, Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Fire on Beachbody On Demand.Throughout her career she has worked with all ages and demographics through dance, personal training, group fitness, fitness workshops, and conference presenting. In addition to teaching fitness, Meredith also teaches small business owners to take their fitness studio online to make an additional stream of income. Meredith’s goal is to help others live their best life and have better energy. She believes that you shouldn’t have to dim your light to make others brighter! “You learn more from failure than from success. Don’t let it stop you, failure builds character”, she says. “When you replace “LOSE” with “LEARN” in your vocabulary, the thought of failure becomes less daunting and lets you focus on growth. She found her yoga practice at 15 years old and it has been her most expressive form of art. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa training immersion in Bali Indonesia with YogaBeyond. Her classes focus on creative sequencing and sharing health, happiness and peace with others. She hopes to inspire and empower others to follow their hearts to attain their dreams. Caprice became interested in Yoga in 2003 to complement her active lifestyle and to manage her stressful career as a full-time court reporter.

After attending various retreats in other countries and different studios in Manhattan, she dove deep into yoga training and education. This included achieving her 200-RTY Aananda Hatha Yoga Certification, which encompassed various disciplines including Ashtanga, Yin, Budokon and Martial Arts.

She then furthered her studies in Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Barkan Method Level 2/3 and became certified as a 500-RYT teacher.  From 2016 to 2019, she was designated as the Barkan Method Arm-Balancing Coach, designing programs for Level 2/3 Teacher Trainings around the globe. 

A traveler at heart, she has also held and/or co-chaired Yoga retreats in Monaco, St. Tropez, Italy, Corsica, Costa Rica, and Georgia. Today, her classes at SOL Yoga focus on opening the body, mind, and spirit, one breath at a time with a mindful, creative, and sweaty flow…helping move her students to hit their personal edge - and grow!

She is a proud alumna of the FAU cheer team, she holds dual degrees in biological and psychological sciences. In 2017, she transitioned from teaching dance to yoga, seamlessly integrating self-expression and musicality into her classes.

Her rich experience in the performing arts guided her to the healing practices of yoga, where she now focuses on building a community rooted in love and light.

Which led to purposeful meaning through yoga, professional dance, fitness and nutrition. By pursuing a healthier, mindful lifestyle, she achieved a personal weight loss of 60+ pounds which inspired her to motivate and inspire others as well, becoming a wellness practitioner.

She is a professional dancer and has completed her training / certification in Mat Pilates, Burn Barre, Virya HIIT, Bikram / Hot Yoga 200RYT, Barkan Method Hot Yoga, Reiki Level 1, and continues to pursue her yoga journey. Penélope loves teaching HIIT, Hot Pilates, Barre, Bikram yoga, and Vinyasa yoga and her passion for this powerful, life-changing yoga continually grows.

She is deeply grateful to her many teachers and all her students for everything they have taught her, and continue to teach her, about this practice. Penélope strives to be the best she can be and teach movement in a way that inspires others to find their own inner strength/peace.

At first, she was drawn to it purely for the physical benefits of achieving that ‘yoga sculpted body,’ but then she discovered how yoga helped her find balance in her active life as a mother of two and wife to a sportsman. It became a relaxing way to reduce stress and slow down the fast pace of modern living. Having found her passion and with a desire to learn more, Angela completed two very different 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. One was a set sequence, similar to Bikram, and the other was Vinyasa Flow. She supplemented those training programs with courses in anatomy, meditation, yin yoga and yoga for pregnancy. It was during this journey that she discovered her passion for teaching. Angela likes to utilize her knowledge of these very different styles of yoga to create an inspired and safe flow. You will find that she is a fanatic about alignment and likes to focus on how you move and feel. Victoria trained extensively under the guidance and tutelage of renown teacher Rodney Yee of Yoga Shanti in NYC, in addition to her over 500 hours of certification trainings with a diverse repertoire of master mind-body movement teachers.

In 2006 Victoria began teaching a variety of private clients and group classes in New York City, the Hamptons, and more recently in South Florida. Her belief is that we are perpetual students, always exploring this embodied life. The yoga mat offers a safe space to learn about the mind and tensions we may (consciously or unconsciously) hold in our bodies. Victoria’s intention is to provide tools that enable students to experience this process of discovery within themselves while making movement a playful yet purposeful practice. She loves creating lighthearted and fun special occasion classes such as bachelorette parties, birthdays and beachside flows.
