Victoria Diez

Victoria Diez

Yoga Instructor

Victoria, also affectionately known as “Vicki 10” (her last name is 10 in Spanish!) has had a deep connection to her body since studying dance at the young age of 5.

Being from Medellin, Colombia, her first style of dance was Colombian folklore before studying ballet, hip-hop, and jazz. However, no movement practice prepared her for the awakening mind-body-soul physical and spiritual connection that she found through yoga. In 2020, she decided to deepen her practice further and get RYT 200 certified through Mimi’s Yoga Teacher training. Although she initially had zero intentions of becoming a teacher herself, she fell in love with the connection of leading a group of peers. Having the honor of practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and having so many wonderful teachers throughout that time, she learned the most powerful lesson, “the true teacher lies in YOU”. Unlock your own guru by taking Victoria’s rhythmical and creative (and sometimes spicy!) vinyasa flows.
